Europe: Must Do List

Some friends and I are going to Europe this summer. ALL OVER Europe. Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Spain, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, and Norway. Just to name a few.

There are some obvious things I’ll have to do in Europe, like see major landmarks. Then there’s another list of crazy random stuff that must be accomplished and documented somehow.

So here’s the start of the list, which I will update sporadically.

• Party in a pub in Ireland.
• Hot coco in the French Alps.
• Play hide-n-seek someplace neat.
• Climb random things in each country.
• Have English high tea on the Spanish Steps in Rome.
• Lightpainting in London.
• Hug/kiss strangers.

As of now, I have $21 in cash stored away for this trip.

Hey– it’s a start.

Soul Tears

I want so bad to run and hide.

To sink so low that even the freshest rain cannot reach me.

Because that’s where I feel I already am.

It’s a strange thing to sit with.

Knowing I did what I did.

I often wonder if the other soul will ever be whole again.

I have hope for their heart.

Caring not about my own.

I have cried the soul tears.

And asked my forgiveness.

So now I wait for the world to keep spinning.

And for the rain to reach the earth.

To see that moment where it’s complete.

Where the eternally separated sky and earth meet.

So I wait.

While it keeps spinning.
